How long can rolling waters remain impure?

I know that, but I don't know it enough. I'm trying to have more control over things than I need to. If I just complete and fulfill those commandments and covenants I have made then I will be led to where Heavenly Father wants me to be. I will be led to where I will have the most happiness and be able to help Him in His work.

There's so much crap I don't understand.
If He's not giving me a clear answer right now there's a reason. I just need to start going in one direction and he will direct me. "How long can rolling waters remain impure?" right?
